Just got home from my cycling vacation.  Started from Bozeman MT, rather than Missoula due to scheduling conflicts.  Rode from Bozeman over to Ennis MT the first day.  When I arrived in Ennis, Hollywood was there.... filming a movie for HBO about a Marine killed in Iraq and his homecoming.  It stars Kevin Bacon.  The second day took me on a long hard ride just above West Yellowstone.  I stayed at some campground on lake Hegbin.  It was bone-chilling cold, windy and rainy but I survived the night just fine.  Day three I rode into West Yellowstone, did some bike repair work, did some window shopping and ended up staying in a small cabin for the night which is always nice.  In the morning I washed clothes and took a shower before departing.  I rode into Yellowstone, over to Madison Junction then went East to Norris campground.  Norris campground was very scenic with my tent overlooking a big meadow and stream.  I found a coke machine over by the Ranger's cabin and had a few.  In the morning I woke up to find Buffalo walking right through the campsite and out to the meadows, very cool....From Norris I rode Southwest down to Canyon campgrounds then onto the Fishing bridge campground which was all hard-side campers and motor homes, I was the only tenter in the camp.  Buffalo also had there way grazing around in the camp - no problem, just don't approach them... The following day I rode South through The West Thumb of Yellowstone Lake where I stopped, washed clothes and took a nice hot shower...then continued South to Flagg Ranch where I set up my camp for the night.  I ate a nice $15.00 hamburger in their restaurant. The following day kept me headed South towards The Tetons.  Long about 3PM guess who catches up with me - Chrissy!  Driving the truck out from Minnesota.  We agreed she would continue on to Jenny Lake and set up camp for the next several days.  That did not work out... when I arrived at Jenny Lake the campground was full.  We ended up spending the night at Gros Venture campgrounds instead.  The following days we did get a nice campsite at Jenny Lake and just hung out with the wildlife.  Did take a hike around Jenny Lake and did a little cycling in the area.  Wanted to climb one of the peaks but I was just too dang tired.  We started home on Friday morning, spent Friday night in Gillette WY and made it back home on SAT night around 9PM.  Here are a few pictures:
