Pitts Progress

OK, here is what we have done in the last couple weeks.  Removed all the fabric from the wings, tail surfaces, and fuselage.  Removed all sheet metal panels from fuselage.  Re-covered (fabric) all tail surfaces with Stits medium weight polyfiber thru brush coats.  Recovered all four ailerons through brush coats.  Repaired all wing damage (broken ribs and other misc).  Recoated top wing with spar varnish - it is now ready for cover. 
Stripped instrument panel, removed and replaced several instruments.  Fabricated Aerobatic Sequence Chart holder (lexan).  Re-wired starting system, magnetos.  Installed new master switch and starter switch.  Installed aux power supply.  Removed old antenne.  Installed new tailwheel.  Removed and Replaced rudder cables, trim tab control wires.  Took all sheetmetal to the chemical strippers.
Tomarrow I will remove and replace the landing gear bungees.  Over & Out.
