Just back from Palm Springs. Nice weather out there. Drove over to Victorville up in the high desert and did some 747 fueling training for our vendor there. Tomorrow I am off to Buffalo NY for the night, back on Tuesday some time.
OK, I'm getting old now and I want to go home. So here is the most recent plan: I will work a lot on the house this year and put it up for sale next spring. If and when it sells, we'll be moving home to Terre Haute. I'll get a small apartment up here until I retire in May of 2010 and just commute back and forth. Once I retire I am hoping to get a job at the airport in Terre Haute - well, not hoping, I will... until 2013 when I can completely retire and do all the things I been wanting to do.... the deciding factor has been the weather... I lose 6 months out of the year here due to the cold and I am sick of it... I wanna ride, I wanna play golf, I wanna fly, or just take a walk....or work in my shop without having to warm it up.. so there!
