Just got back home yesterday. Was going to spend Saturday in Terre Haute and fly the Aeronca a bit, but the weather did not look good for flying so I headed home. The drive was uneventfuel except when an oncomming car came over into my lane on a lonely country road in SE MN. I didn't react right away - I waited to see what the other car was going to do - but I was ready to head for the ditch if needed. The other driver swerved just in time before I had to make that decision - Whew!!
Took Chrissy to the airport this morning - she will be gone for a week in CA doing her military thing. I have no trips planned for this week so I will be home alone - well, except for my cat. The weather will be cold all week so no motorcycle riding. Guess I'll just work all week.
