Just returned from Brown County Indiana where we had our 2007 Xmas Family Reunion. Everyone was there except Chrissy (out defending the Nation against any and all enemies) and Stormy who was busy minding her store in Decatur IL. All in all there were 27 that showed up for the three day event. Dad was in good sprits even though he cannot see 2 inches in front of him and he still is in a wheel chair. I saw some family members who I have not seen in 15 years - dang how time flies... Katie flew home from California and we drove down from Minnesota to Brown County State Park in mid-southern Indiana. We stayed in 4 cabins in the woods and had a great old time. Gloria sat off the fire alarm twice trying to fix breakfast - that was fun. Marv, Wade and I sat around most of the time talking cars and guy stuff. Marlene brought her brand-new husband Mike with her. Mike likes airplanes and we got along just fine. Curt and Debbie brought both their American and Chinese/Korean offspring with them - Curt swears no more adoptions - we'll wait and see.
Katie returns to California tomorrow and then it's back to work for me - nothing on the schedule just yet, but I'm sure it will fill up pretty fast. Here are some pictures of the Family Reunion:
