OK, so for whatever reason I could not seem to upload my pictures of Chrissy's crash. They (the shop in Fairbanks) have still not looked at it to determine repairs and length of time it will be in intensive care. SOOOO... my drop dead date is 12AUG.... if it is not finished by then I must go it alone... I'll fly up to Fairbanks, pull MY motorcycle out of the storage locker and continue the Moto trip alone.... Chrissy will be at the mercy of Trails End BMW.. she may have to leave her motorcycle in Alaska till next spring... we shall see.
Above are pictures of Stien Bruch's Milicoupe Project. Stien is going to contract me to cover the fuselage and tail feathers. I will use the Stits Process but modified with the dual cover alternation (as used on the Pitts Model 12). OK, I am leaving this afternoon for Redlands CA for the Aerobatic Contest... THEN its OSHKOSH time!! Over & Out!
